This Bias Cowl neck dress is cut entirely on the bias with gathered peplum from waist and high hip to create flattering shapes for all sizes.  The cowl neck scarf can be wrapped around the collar once or twice and even worn loose and open.  The elastic on neck opening allows easy pull-on access. There is a waist tie too which can be wrapped around the waist and tied for a more cinched silhouette.  Designed to be worn from meeting to event.
