Shipping & Returns

 

PRE-ORDER

You can pre-order new season, runway and best-selling KITX items and make payment in advance.  

When you pre-order an item, payment will be taken and your order will be held until we have received the stock to our studio. In the product page of pre-order items you will find information regarding expected shipping dates as they will vary for each style. Should you like a time specific to your desired item, please email customerservice@kitx.com.au.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, or you purchase more than one pre-order item with different expected shipping dates, items will be dispatched as they arrive at our studio, however you will incur a single shipping charge. When an item is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so that you may track the delivery.

SALES PERIOD

Please be advised during KITX SALE period, orders are subject to delay due to the high volume of orders. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allow an additional 4 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. 

All sale items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Law. Credit notes can be offered where applicable.

ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALES 

Please consider Online Warehouse Sale purchases carefully as these items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). Buy only what you love.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

KITX Head Quarters, at 2/54 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010, please email customerservice@kitx.com.au to arrange suitable day.

Please note, we will notify you via email when your order is available for collection.

Whilst orders for all other items will generally be available for next day for collection Monday through Friday.

3 Hour & Same Day Delivery (Sydney Only)
 
We have partnered with Rendr to offer Sydney customers 3 Hour & Same Day Delivery.
 
Rendr Fast (3 Hour Delivery) is available for customers within a 20km radius of our Darlinghurst warehouse.
 
Rendr Flexible (Same Day Delivery) is available for customers within a 50km radius of our Darlinghurst warehouse.
 

Delivery cost is subject to your postcode and is calculated at checkout.

ECO-SHIPPING

Eco-Shipping entails AusPost Carbon Neutral Shipping in KITX Compostable Packaging.

 

STANDARD DOMESTIC POST

Standard domestic post is a flat rate of $10.

Orders shipped via standard post are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days. 

Tracking details will be confirmed and sent via email once your order has been shipped.

If the delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no secure place for the driver to leave your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office.

  

EXPRESS POST

Express domestic post is a flat rate of $20.

Orders shipped via express post are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days. Express post must be selected at checkout. 

Tracking details will be confirmed and sent via email once your order has been shipped.

If the delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no secure place for the driver to leave your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office.

INTERNATIONAL POST

All international orders will be shipped by an international courier service.

Delivery to New Zealand will incur a flat fee of AUD $25. Delivery to all other countries will incur a flat fee of AUD $50.

All international orders are expected to be delivered within 4-10 business days.

International deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, we cannot deliver to Post boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

If delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.

Some countries may require the customer to pay duties and taxes.

*All prices listed on the KITX website are in Australian Dollars.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive the tracking details of your parcel.

Delivery times are estimate only. KITX is not responsible for any additional delivery time or delays incurred.

RETURNS 

KITX will accept returns and exchanges on full priced items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on purchases within 14 days from delivery date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
All items must have swing tags attached.

Returns and exchanges must include all original packaging, including shoe boxes and dust bags. These must be in original conditions as these are considered part of the item.

To ensure you are eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

1. Try all shoes on, on the carpeted surface.
2. Be careful of make up rubbing off on garments.
3. Try all swimwear with underwear on.

KITX will not accept returns on earrings or face masks due to hygiene reasons. 

All exchanges will include a re-delivery shipping cost. 

$10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping cost.

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES

KITX is happy to process refunds and credit notes on full priced items within 14 days.

All sale items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Law. Credit notes can be offered where applicable.

Purchases made with a credit note cannot be refunded. A new credit note will be gladly offered.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed once the return has been received.
