Orders placed on weekdays before 11am AEST.

Orders placed after 11am and on weekends will be sent on a same day courier the following business day.

Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm, someone must be home at the address to sign for the delivery.

If the delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.


Free shipping is offered Australia-wide for all orders.

All Australian orders will be shipped express via a domestic courier service.

Orders will be delivered within 1 - 4 business days. Delivery to metropolitan areas is generally overnight if the order is placed before 2pm AEST.

Tracking and carrier will be confirmed and sent via email once your order has shipped.

If the delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no secure place for the driver to leave your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office or to the carrier’s local depot.

All international orders will be shipped by an international courier service.
Delivery to New Zealand will incur a flat fee of AUD $25.

Delivery to all other countries will incur a flat fee of AUD $50.

All international orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days.
International deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
We cannot deliver to Post boxes or Parcel Lockers. 
Fees will be incurred for redelivery $15.
If deliveries to a business address, please specify the business name.
Some countries may require the customer to pay duties and taxes.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive the tracking details of your parcel.
Delivery times are estimate only. KITX is not responsible for any additional delivery time or delays incurred.


KITX is happy to accept all returns and exchanges on full priced items.
Please contact customer service on or 02 9699 4500 within 7 days to receive a Return Authorization number for
your return or exchange.

Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
All items must have swing tags attached.
Returns and exchanges must include all original packaging, including shoe boxes and dust bags.
These must be in original conditions as these are considered part of the item.

All returns and exchanges to be sent to KITX Head Office within 7 days of the RA# being issued.

KITX will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items.

KITX reserves the right to reject change of mind return.

All exchanges will include a re-delivery shipping cost. 

To ensure you are eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

1 Try all shoes on, on the carpeted surface
2Be careful of make up rubbing off on garments
3Try all swimwear with underwear on

Refunds require up to 5 business days to be processed once received. Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Prices are subject to change without notice as determined by the Company and are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD).
The price applicable will be the price displayed at the time that the Purchase Order is placed. Displayed prices are inclusive of GST.
Displayed prices are not inclusive of delivery costs.
