Pre-Orders

  • Pay upfront for upcoming or best-selling items.
  • Shipping dates vary; check product pages or email customer service.
  • If combining pre-order and in-stock items, all will ship as they arrive (one shipping charge only).

Sales Period & Returns

  • During sales, expect delays (up to 4 extra business days).
  • Sale items: No refunds unless faulty (as per Australian Law); credit notes may be offered.
  • Warehouse Sale: Final sale—no returns or exchanges unless faulty.

Returns Policy

  • Full-priced items: Return/exchange within 14 days.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • No returns on earrings or face masks.
  • Return shipping cost covered by the customer; re-delivery fee for exchanges.

Refunds & Credit Notes

  • Refunds (excluding shipping) or credit notes processed within 14 business days.
  • Items bought with credit notes cannot be refunded—new credit notes issued instead.

  • Standard Domestic: $10 (3–5 business days).
  • Express Domestic: $20 (1–3 business days).
  • International:
    • NZ: $25 | Other countries: $50 (4–10 business days, signature required).
  • Sydney Only:
    • 3 Hour Delivery (order before 11am).
    • Same Day Delivery (order before 12pm).
    • Prices vary by postcode.
